From the moment we walked in until we walked out the service was great! Every single employee we encountered was so respectful... and super friendly. Our coffee and water cups were never empty. Our waitress Lora(?) was amazing and I definitely recommend her,she was super friendly and continously checked on us. The food was also outstanding, the blueberry pancakes were very flavorfulwith lots of blueberries and Cindy's biscuits and gravy were delicious. We'll definitely be back again because restaurants likethis are worth driving 45 minutes to get to. Read more
This place is unbelievably fantastic. I haven?t had a chicken fried steak that good in about ten years, back in Missouri or... Nebraska, and I think yours is better! That gravy was exemplary. And the carrot cake? The Carrot Cake! Every single employeewas incredibly warm, kind and upstanding in their role. Everyone helps, and the owners keep enough people on staff to run thebusiness! 1st off, waking in is like waking into grandma's house, very welcoming atmosphere. Staff is so friendly and service is top... notch. We got seated right away with drinks and coffee QUICKLY after seated. Food came out kinda quick, and nothing was off.Food is on POINT. Taste is like mama made it. Biscuits and gravy with bacon and eggs, really good really filling, I would definitely go back and order same thing all over... again. Service was great and quick, not to packed, party of four were in and out quick. Definitely a must go if you are in thearea. Read more
3.5 stars ! Every time we visit the area we come here for breakfast. It's a busy place, with a good atmosphere, sort a old... school with a bit of a diner feel and tasteful decent food that comes in adequate portions! Nice to be able to sit outside forbreakfast ! I would have given 4 stars, but their (see through) weak coffee was the worst I had on my most recent 15 daytrip. suggestion, maybe make 2 pots, one regular and one where you actually put some more coffee in to brew. On asking if theydid not have a somewhat stronger pot, the waiter replied they weren't Starbucks... (not an excuse to serve this weak brew ! Ifonly they knew I'm not a Starbucks fan either) Read more
