This was horrible! The items I ordered arrived an entire day late! In their delivery policy they say that residential areas (it... was meant to be delivered to my mother?s house) may arrive at 9pm AT THE LATEST!! The package arrived at 10:49am the FOLLOWINGDAY! Even then, when it showed up it wasn?t what I ordered. I wanted to surprise my mother for her birthday with theirvalentines special (three mini cheesecakes topped with strawberries and three frosted brownies), but what I got was six beatenup brownies and shriveled up strawberries! The lobby area was dirty (spider webs and dirt under display cabinets). The guy in the lobby kept trying to "up sell" my Mom --... she gave him her limit and he kept suggesting things that were over her price range. But the topper was when he asked me (forthe 3rd time) where in the catalog a specific item was -- then took the catalog from my hands and gave it to another customerwithout even acknowledging that it was mine to look at.
