This was horrible! The items I ordered arrived an entire day late! In their delivery policy they say that residential areas (it... was meant to be delivered to my mother?s house) may arrive at 9pm AT THE LATEST!! The package arrived at 10:49am the FOLLOWINGDAY! Even then, when it showed up it wasn?t what I ordered. I wanted to surprise my mother for her birthday with theirvalentines special (three mini cheesecakes topped with strawberries and three frosted brownies), but what I got was six beatenup brownies and shriveled up strawberries! I ordered last year to have a bouquet sent to Palm Desert and it was wonderful. This year I called and a man said it was too far... for delivery . I told him I ordered from here last year with no problem and it?s a problem ? He said it?s too far . I love outof state and wanted to send chocolate covered strawberries to my Grandma . So rude ! The lobby area was dirty (spider webs and dirt under display cabinets). The guy in the lobby kept trying to "up sell" my Mom --... she gave him her limit and he kept suggesting things that were over her price range. But the topper was when he asked me (forthe 3rd time) where in the catalog a specific item was -- then took the catalog from my hands and gave it to another customerwithout even acknowledging that it was mine to look at. called person receiving the surprise instead of me to verify order, ruined surprise. Call to find out were order is, order day... prior tell me they might deliver until 9pm who wants a fruit basket before bed. now call me and tell me after i paid $130including delivery that if i want i can pick it up as they don't have a driver going over there any longer. 3 strikes, firstand last time i shop there. talk about loosing new customers fast. Wow, what a nightmare. Avoid at all costs. I placed an order for Mother's day. I ordered a Mother's Day Bouquet with a... Mother's Day card. Ordered two weeks in advance. At 3pm today I called to verify my order. Gave all my information and wastold the order was being made as we speak and will be delivered today, "guaranteed". At 6pm I called again, verified myinformation again, and was told my MOTHER'S DAY bouquet with a MOTHER'S DAY card was now scheduled to be delivered May 31st. Yes, you heard that correctly. I asked to speak to the manager, she insisted that my order was always scheduled for the 31st. I asked her, "Does it make any sense to you to have a Mother's Day bouquet with a Mother's Day card to be delivered on May31st?" Her response: "Well, some people might like..." I cut her off right there. COME ON. I told her this needs to bedelivered today. She said they were too busy and it can't be done. So of course I cancelled my order, what would I do with aMother's Day bouquet on the 31st? Obviously this place just makes lies up because they're irresponsible and couldn't handletheir orders.
