Normally, I get excellent tasting chicken at this store. Today, I used the drivethru. I ordered an 8 piece family meal. The... chicken was so dry. It seemed like it was sitting since lunch. The other items like corn and coleslaw were excellent. I wasnot provided a receipt, so, no survey option available to me. So, I choose this option. I called and spoke with supervisor. She apologized, and only offered me to drive back to store to replace chicken. With the cost of gas, and the almost $30.00 Ispent, that was not a via option. I guess it is time to patronize another restaurant. We are the customer and have the finalsay. Read more
The young man who helped is was just rude. I will not spend my money at this store again. The chicken was over cooked the other... food was good but after spending $57.00 I didn't get honey or butter or one napkin for a 16 piece dinner bucket. I got a 3 piece all white meal I am just glad I had a large soda to wash it down. It was very very dry. I am a kfc fan for years... but I was so disappointed with the chicken. There has got to be a better place to keep it warm the staff was great?. Read more
It's a freaking KFC what do you expect from this review! The rocks in the drive thru where a little out of place. But it had a... nice Bush and an A rating. Pretty cool there KFC. Great chicken I actually didn't eat any just had strawberry lemonade. But thatwas good hard to mess that up.
