I placed an order and they canceled it, but they still charged me for it. Customer service is the worst, have to wait 30+... minutes for Antony to pick up the phone, just to place me on hold another 10 minutes before he hang off with a message saying hewould call me back after connecting with delivery Company(doordash) There was no call back, so I waited 30+ For him to pickupthe phone again. I have not been to Little Caesars Pizza since before the pandemic and things have really changed now you can order online the... setup is is done by email tells you when it's ready you come in scan your code and it opens up a little door where your pizzaand breadsticks and everything are waiting for you. The Taste is great which it always was I remember that the pepperoni pizzaswere ready and able to pick up without a weight usually for like $5 so prices have gone up but everything has I just think thelayout is nice it's a much nicer store then then it used to be but as far as quality and everything else goes I would say it'sequal maybe a little more money invested in a Lobby and that type of thing Read more

Breadsticks are never crazy golden like they use too! They always still under baked or old dough! Pizza too always have to take... back or wait for a remake because it?s always old dough! And also they always cut the pizza uneven and not cut through all theway! Quality is key to success and it should not take a man to complain and remake the pizza for customer! This big chubbysupervisor with stale color hair refuse to remake for my fiancée until I had to go back and make my complaint! Don?t be a bullyman! I come with respect always until then! I ordered online wanted just a simple classic pepperoni pizza and an Italian cheese bread and marinara sauce. Used the pizza... portal got back in my car and since I was a ways from home checked my order... it was wrong, instead of Italian cheese bread Igot a personal deep dish pepperoni along with my classic pepperoni. I go back into Little Caesar's and explained I didnt get thecorrect Italian cheese bread and this employee had fantastic customer service! Not only did he apologize for the mix up and getmy cheese bread, but he also told me I could keep the pizza I had received incorrectly! It's a hit or miss with this location, mostly miss. There were times when the food was good. The service is ok and quick.... However, the last time that I went, the employees seemed to be goofing around a bit too much. When I finally got my pizza, itwas a bit more on the burnt side and was all I could taste. It was hard to chew at times. The breadsticks I ordered were a bitburnt too and they forgot to give me the marinara sauce. I don't think I'll be coming to this location again. Read more
