My husband and I came into this store the other day. I was waiting for my husband to use the restroom then I saw one of the... staff members wearing gloves and touching her eye. She continued to scratch her eye near her eyeliner while talking to anotherassociate. Then she got napkins and windex to clean the windows by the prepared food. She never changed her gloves then to topit off after she was helping me get my food. I was praying she didn't touch my food. I asked her for a side of spring rolls andshe proceeded to get ragoons into a bag. I saw the food touching her gloves as they went in I was like oh no...that's so gross. Read more
Update 2022-09-12: Still very good. One of the two combo plates were filled generously while the other was quite meager... portions. But food was good. Probably one of the best Panda Express I have been to. Plenty of freshly wok-cooked food. Fast,efficient service. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out being a the NE corner of DatePalm and Ramon. Definitely a place I'll come back to soon! Read more
This panda offers a drive through which is a super bonus! Only downside is because you can?t see them doing it, sometimes your... order is wrong. Food is always delicious, though! We get about a half and half mix of nice vs rushed/semi-ride employees everytime we go. We visit this location every time we come to Palm Springs though and the food has been consistently good! _ im a OTR truck driver & travel everywhere in U.S & made numerous stops for Panda Express also _ this is ONLY store that Ive... been OVERCHARGED 3 times. WHY?? 1) this is 3rd time cashier over charged me. 2) spoke with a hispanic store manager who wore aMilitary Army kind T-shirt, but im told a simple mistake because that cashier is new 3) instead of refund my money that I've gotripped off, manager insisted me to take a mini box item (No Refund Store Policy? Make More Sale?) Ive got mini box of friedrice. 4) i also asked cashier to close plastic cover tight on teriyaki sauce, because cap sometimes open & makes bad mess. So, this place used to be great, I wonder what happened. Many times the drive thru has been rude because I check my food before... I drive away. Well when I don't check it I get burned double teriyaki chicken. This is not a double portion and its inedible. Sodisappointed. Read more
Went today 3/19/21. 20min wait for chow mein, 20 min wait for steamed vegetables, got charged individually for sides cause they... didn?t want to put it as a plate (suppose to be two plates), and had to ask for utensils and sauces. This place use to be OnPoint. I?ll just look for a different Panda Express to go to. Food quality gone down also, barely any flavor and rice is way tofirm. It?s just edible. Read more
