BEST BBQ EVER!!! I am not local to Smokey Lips, but it's worth it to drive an hour out to get this AH-MAY-ZING BBQ!! I'll admit... that I was never a big BBQ fan before, but after trying Adam's gourmet BBQ, I was hooked! It's so good that I often forget thatit comes with sauce because it's great without it! Rib meat falls off the bone and brisket melts in your mouth. Seasoned toperfection, pulled pork and rotisserie chickens are favorites too! And the sides are all creative twists on old favorites andcompliment the BBQ meats well. Not your typical BBQ spot. My family and I, are happy regular customers ???? Read more

We had this bbq for the first time yesterday, out-standing! I have been looking for a great bbq place and have found it! I... bought the $100 combo, 2 kinds of sausage, pulled pork, ribs, and brisket, beans and OMG the Mac and cheese! Worth the money, you can't get this much food at any bbq place in the valley. All the meat was perfect, most and tender, seasoned in a way toenhance each cut. Everything was carefully packed separately and then placed in a larger pan for easy transportation andserving. Having lived in Texas for 28 years and had the best of the best there (Franklin's, La Barbecue, Cooper's, Black's, Kreuz's,... Smitty's, Snow's, Valentina's) this is the best barbecue I have had outside of Texas (and even better then some of the namesmentioned)! The dino beef rib is the best thing I have eaten in the desert. The jalapeno cheddar corn bread is also a musthave. I am excited to keep work thing through the menu. It is clear to me Adam is incredibly personable, attentive, andpassionate about providing his customers with the best food and experience possible. Read more

Best BBQ in the Coachella Valley ???????? never ever disappoints!!
We ordered one and half lbs of brisket+1/4 lb of sausage for $51.11.Picked up from his house and was so disappointed. The... brisket has not a tiny hint of Smokey flavour, never mind any ?pink?smoke rings. The brisket was stewed in either a slow cookeror a pressure cooker for too long that there is not much meat flavour left in it.He didn?t even think to put a few drops ofliquid smoke or torch the top of the meat to get a fake burnt crust to at least be able to fool his customers. Adam, pls do nottry to fool any Seniors just because we try to pay cash, we may be senile but our tastebuds had so many more years to becomemore refined so we know what true smoked barbeque is!!!
