If you order mixed piece chicken with 20 or more pieces count them! I ordered a 25piece and 6pieces were missing. I called b/c... I live a distance and expected for them to reimburse my 6 pieces now or another time instead they called me a liar pretty much.Family was served and granddaughter ask for another piece and thats how I noticed. I couldn't take it back when family ate some,unless I dig the bones out the trash! Let's do the math 3+3+3+4+6=19! Not 25. Only been twice and definitely hands down the best. Y?all can have NY Fried chicken and Hip Hop they both are horrible. But this... place is fresh, fast, the staff is friendly especially the young lady at the front. Also it?s very clean even the kitchen area.That says a lot. Food is seasoned perfectly. I love certain things from here. Shrimp baskets are on point, slushie half and half on point. The fish is cool, I haven't had... wings yet but the drumsticks I will never get again. I definitely have been multiple times already, it's like going to Hip Hopchicken honestly (same salt). Read more

It was okay. The lake trout tasted like rainbow trout which are not the same. It seems as though they took hip hop chicken... entire menu. Same season and small pigeon wings. I thought I'd give it a go since the reviews were so high. And I'm thinkingthat people just don't know what good Fried Chicken is. I'll stick to what I know. Eventhough my comment section said fried hard button burnt or dried out please. You can clearly see it was a typo. It was... suppose to say Fried hard but not burnt or dried out please. You would think the establishment would call to verify. Then when Icalled to explain the lady was very rude. This food is beyond non edible. There is literally no meat inside at all. Now Iusually order the liberty rd location and whenever there is an issue they handle it with respect. This will be my first and lasttime every spending money at this location.
