Must be new management. Have been patron to this location over 20 years. Recent changes have caused service, product to suffer.... Ordered medium original cappuccino blast approx $7.00. After leaving store realized Server, did not know the recipe. Acceptedprep, walked out to car. When tasted, cappuccino coffee not present. I did see prep; ice cream; milk; ice but no coffee. Wentback in, asked if coffee was in mix, preparer asked if I could taste coffee? Even with jomoca flavored ice cream, consistencywas watery, not typical smoothie texture. Offered me regular $1.50 coffee; would not taste, test or look at blast; nor to prepanother. Didn't offer to return money or products equal $7.00 cost of blast. Even coffee was weak and flavorless. Horrible horrible customer service. Lady was so rude. Yelled at my husband and I for adding toppings. I will never go this... establishment again. And I encourage others to not patronize a business with such lousy customer service. Read more
