I treated my brother and mother to breakfast on a busy Sunday morning. The restaurant was clean, the servers was dressed nicely... and everyone was very attentive. I was greeted by my server, Nevaeh. She was very nice welcoming. My mom has some healthissues, and my brother is autistic. Both needed a lot of time to place the order. Nevaeh was very patient and offered foodalternatives. I watched my server wait on others with the same patience and kindness as she went along her day. Finally after 25minutes we placed our order. We received our food which was nice and hot. My mother and brother really enjoyed their food andthe atmosphere. I am writing this mostly because our server was so kind and so patient. She did not rush my family she justoffered her kindness and patience which meant the world to me. She not only did this for us, she carried the same kind attitudeto each person I saw her attend. I personally thanked her for all that she did, and will take my family there again soon, aseveryone there did a great job. I hope management see this post and give Nevaeh the recognition she deserves, and tell theentire staff job well done. Thank you. Read more
Love this place, I order the same meal every time I go. Seldom I would go off script. They cook my eggs just the way I like... them, with the cheese cooked into the eggs and not melted on top. I am picky about that. I love the whole sunrise platter. Thestaff is friendly. Keep up the good work Bob Evans! Read more
I've been having issues finding good breakfast takeout. I tried Bob Evans in Catonsville to see if it would be better since they... are known to have good breakfast options. Well, I was wrong. My first order arrived with plastic of honey and butter containerson top of my meal, inside with the food, which then melted and everything had butter and honey all over it. The second order hadthe butter in the bag and not with the food. But the sausage was burnt and the hash browns were half burnt and half uncooked.And the biscuits were not fresh at all. Food is horrible! The pancakes are so crumbly and disgusting! I ordered the Fresh berry farmers choice which on the picture... shows real strawberries but when i got it this is what i get. FAKE strawberries and nasty pancakes this place should be out ofbusiness Read more
I order the same breakfast platter everytime and it always comes to 9 and some change. All of sudden today the employee tells me... since I don't get the meat in the platter they have to charge me separately for each item and the total will be like 14dollars. Who knew not getting something would of increased my price by 5 bucks. Read more
This is a very good restaurant.. I had the three meat and cheese omelet quiche was delicious! Three egg omelet was fluffy and... stuffed with Bob Evans sausage, bacon, and ham, and cheddar cheese. Service was friendly. The store was very clean. The onlydownsides... no senior ?iscounts and access to the entrance requires you to walk to the far corners of the building to get toone of two ramps. The entire order was ok but my omelette was nasty as hell for some reason: as soon as I took the first bite, I almost puked.... I?ve gone to a fair amount of breakfast places but this is the first time omelette looked appealing but tasted very bad. It was not too busy but they appeared to be short-staffed, it took the food a little longer than it should have for the number... of people there. I ordered breakfast and it was very greasy. However, the waitress was very pleasant and professional. Read more
