This location is going downhill. Can't wait for the Security Mall location to open up... hoping for better professionalism,... courtesy and hot food. The quality of service I have received from the last few visits has been horrible at this location. Notsure if management has changed but quality of service definitely has. Read more

This location was super fast. My order taker knew the menu and was able to process my transaction in less than a minute. There... were 2 lanes to the drive through and the people running the other lane were having some difficulties, that lane ran muchslower. But my modified order came out correct and speedy. Look any Chick-fil-A gives excellent service as far as I am concerned. The employers must treat the employees really well cause... the line could be in Timbuktu but you will wind up at that window expeditiously! I've always received hot and fresh food too. Would like to say that this mornings breakfast was the worse. Ordered 4 count chicken minis and hash browns. Little biscuits... were hard, chicken was dry and hash browns tasted like they had been sitting and were cold. Got an apology from Norma howeverwont be visiting back anytime soon. I am a loyal customer of this food franchise, today 04/16/2022 I placed an order on the curside app, I received an erroneous... order from another customer, I called the store to find a solution, the response I received is the most absurd that I have heard. I realized that it was not my order until I called home and the person who attended me said that the restaurant's policy isthat I have to take the food to the restaurant so that they can exchange it for the correct one. I live 15 minutes from therestaurant, I have to go to the place again because of a mistake they made, but my biggest question is how hygienic is it thatthey receive food returns more in times of cov-19 and sell that food to other customers? if to think about what had to happen inthe course that that food left the restaurant, it also does not seem to me a correct treatment towards a client Read more

HORRIBLE experience. Used doordash to order food, the bag inside was not only torn but drenched. Not ONLY were the fries... SEVERELY undercooked but containers were only filled half way. Lastly, when I bit into my sandwich I had the unpleasant surpriseof a piece of light brown hair. My hair is red. Overall, just an unsatisfactory experience. Tried calling the restaurant duringtheir hours and was told to leave a message all four times because they were unavailable even though I called during the hoursof operation. Read more

Service is descent. Most of the employees are pleasant and professional, a few could use some personality training. And they... definitely need to re-record the voice-mail greeting. The lady is talking so fast she starts to stumble over her ownwords. Then there?s my breakfast bowl from today, of which I asked for my sausage ?well done?, as always.
