Amazing how this place has ice cream that others seem to Never have. The others places I go to always have some excuse as to why... they don't have this or don't have that. This place always seem to have plenty of stock and the service is excellent. Read more

Very nasty bathroom. Service seem ok although I didn't order. ***Update 11/19/22***Nope , no toilet tissue to blow my nose... still messy... but oh yeah outside of that bathroom, everything else is in tact. Cmon,Get it together guys! Read more

I regret going here. I wish I had kept driving, however, my daughter asked for a wakeup wrap after a doctor's visit and this... was thr closest Dunkin. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our order- with 2 employees standing there. One asked uswhat we wanted, we told her, she couldn't enter it or make it and the other young man just bounced around like he was high. Itwas so weird. We paid. Then waited 20+ minutes for a burnt wake up wrap. I took her to another Dunkin closer to home. This wasjust a waste of time and I shouldn't have ordered there to begin with. The tables and coffee prep area were all filthy. Justgross. Read more

I ordered an ice cream cake three weeks in advance. Went to pick it up and it wasn?t at the store. One of the employees calls... his boss and the boss says it?s at the Eldridge store and didn?t get send to the Catonsville one. I drive over to that store andI the employees say it?s not there either. I ask that they call their boss since he?s the one who said it was there so maybe Ican pick it up and they refuse. They were extremely rude. I am out a cake and wasted over an hour running around. I will neverspend a single dime at Baskin Robbins or Dunkin ever again. Read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. By far the worst customer service I've ever seen. I waited 20 minutes for a cup of... coffee and ultimately had to leave without it after I learned there were 6 orders ahead of mine that hadn't even been started.The place is grimy and one of the workers was picking at their face while preparing food. Always a long wait and receive wrong orders . I gave them plenty of chances and they still manage to screw up every time .... Management didn?t bother calling when I expressed the issue they promised a certain amount of points to my account and ended upgiving me half . When I saw they didn?t add the foam on top to my watered down coffee I asked the employees to add it theysaid they ran out . Read more

Today was the worst customer service I've experienced in my life! I've been to this place on a couple of occasions and the staff... was generally friendly, usually service is great. This evening when I came in after ordering my drink and sitting down to eat,not more than 10-15 minutes of sitting down, this older lady staff member comes over and asks me to "Move out of my seat andmove to another seat because she was going on her break." She then proceeded to tell me that her "water bottle was sittingthere and this is where she was gonna sit for her break." She then tells me "You've been here for 3 hours, you need to move andgive me this seat." I said, "I haven't even been here an hour. I'm quite comfortable where I am. Is this how you treat yourcustomers?" She then goes, "Oh you can sit there." She was really rude, didn't offer an apology or anything. Regardless of theamount of time I had been there I couldn't believe that an employee would put themselves before a customer and literally wastrying to push me out of the seat I had just taken. I actually left a tip for the counter before all this transpired and Ithought to myself, "She certainly doesn't deserve a tip." I'm still hurt and in shock that this all happened and this employeefelt it was okay to treat a customer this way. I don't know if she's the owner's Mom helping out, or the grandmother, but shedid NOT make me feel welcome at all. I've worked in food service and I would never treat a customer that way! In fact, we putthe customer before ourselves! If the customer wanted the last Zucchini Nut Muffin the customer got it, not the employees! Shewas so RUDE! And totally content to just leave it at that! Not even an APOLOGY! The Audacity! I was very hurt and just utterlydisgusted at the way I was treated! A customer should never have an employee ask them to "move to another seat because they aregoing on a break." Read more
