Went by this location to have a quick meal and some ice cream. We waited an extraordinary amount of time to get the food and the... ice cream that we ordered. We went ahead and pay our bill and eggs at the store agreeing that we all dislike the service and thefood. I don't think this location will warrant me giving them a second chance. Read more
The food was awesome! The customer service was extraordinary.
Food is very good but the service is slow. When you come in no one is at the front. The employees look at you for a minute or... two, talk among themselves and then one of them comes to seat you. They don't seem quite ready for prime time. The urinal in theMen's room is broken and it smells to high heaven. The door frame inside the rest room is rusty. The service is the pits!!! 10 people in the entire place and we waited 15... minutes for our waitress to come. 15 minutes for our drinks, let's not talk about our food. Our server delivered our food by dropping and shoving the plates across the table! No utensils were offered, and at times we had... to look for the server who stayed back in the kitchen. At the time of our visit it was about four(4) families there with 3servers. The wait time wasn't to bad, the food was warm. The food was not worth the $50.00 ( fish sandwich/fries/drink,hamburger/fries/drink, Turkey bacon sandwich,fries/child's Butterfinger ice cream and what suppose to be a banana split wasmelted by the time I had a spoon to it and was not made as ordered !!! They fixed the smell, so that's good. I was pleasantly surprised by the feel of the place. Whoever pulled off the rescue should... be commended! However they missed one thing; FIRE THE STAFF. It was a horrible experience and I'll only be getting carryoutthere, if possible. . Read more
