Customer service was disappointed. But Kelly was super friendly. It took a while for my kids to select all the flavor, but Kelly... never rush us. Their fresh and hot original glazed was my favorite. So for some reason the person taking the order wasn't pleasant and when I got to the window the cashier acted like I was... bothering her, so disappointed. I work in customer service and no matter how I am feeling I do my best to be pleasant and kindbecAuse repeat customers keep the business going and I can pay my bills. I also ordered a dozen donuts and I have 6 glazed minidonuts, my nephews cracked up laughing when we opened the box. I probably won't be coming back to your establishment. Read more

At this point I don?t even know why I continue to give this particular Krispy Kreme any business. There has been an issue EVERY... time I visit this location. I ordered when the Hotlight was on and when I get home 1. My doughnuts were ALL COLD 2. My cakebatter doughnut had not only NO filling but the icing was coming off and it tasted as if it had just come out the freezer andwas left to thaw out. I?m absolutely SICK of this place! The donuts are NEVER warm when you come around 8 even though the website shows the hot light... will be on from 6-9. (One time the girl told me it?s really cold in there so that?s why they donuts are cold at 8am?but thosedonuts were FROZEN like I bought it from the grocery store or gas station. Today I left out this house to get hot donuts at6:30am. It?s been a craving for a while now and once we get there at 7, she?s telling us they have NO DONUTS!? I hate thisplace. And honestly Krispy Kreme as a whole is just losing the superiority. They need to make a serious comeback or I smell abankruptcy. Call before going if you don?t want to waste your time.
