This panda express was supposed to close at 10:00 PM. But when I pulled up at 9:45 PM they were already closed and had all the... food put away. I then called the store and asked why they closed early he told me it was 10 o?clock and it was actually 9:50 PM.Then he then told me to call corporate if I had an issue and hung up. SMH. Drove here just waste time and gas money. I could'veate somewhere else before 10. This location was already sub-par on food quality and selection. Now poor attitude and can?teven finish a shift. I've never had any issues with the food from here. I would give it 5 stars if they'd move the pick up shelf back to where it... was. Ki d of frustrating to order ahead and then wait 5 minutes for someone to have a second to grab your food once you arrive. Read more
This is a great Panda Express location! Panda is one of my favorite food places and every location is definitely not the same.... But I found this location to give me good portions and the food has good flavor. My family and I have been Panda Express loyalist for as long as I can remember. Definitely our go to fast food restaurant hands... down and I have always had a pleasant experience. Until today, after my experience with the store manager Aman and his staff Iwill NEVER EVER visit another Panda Express again. i usually order from this location when I?m in the area. location seems to be perfect for walk-in service. i decided to order... using mobile app to save time. i waited for over 20mins for food to be made. the plus side I guess was the food was as FRESHLYmade, just inconvenient wait time for food. UPDATE since last visit, highly would recommend walking into this location asopposed to using mobile pickup. I decided to give this location another try, assuming that this was just a one off instance. Ifeel as tho Managemennt should look into this situation. I personally believe that it?s not to much to ask to have food readywhen setting a designated time for pickup. However, just to test the theory. Im gonna plan on ordering again, but justchoosing the pickup now option as opposed to selecting future time pickup. Update: 4 January 2017 **WARNING** DO NOT COME HERE NEAR CLOSING (9pm). Tonight I arrived around 8:30 and the selection was... extremely poor. They'd run out of a lot of things and weren't making anymore. Second time in a row experiencing this. So despite9pm being the "official" closing time, the place is in full shutdown mode long before. Food here is delicious. Generous servingsizes for extremely reasonable prices. Always impressed with the service at this place. They are warm and friendly and alwaysgreet you with a smile. Your order is served up very fast. Even with a line present you won't be waiting long here. Freshlyprepared, high quality ingredients put together right in front of you, not so me behind closed doors dungeon like kitchen. Theentire place is always kept remarkably clean. Even the bathrooms. First, the service was great. The worker was kind, sweet, and went out of her way to present herself nicely! The food looked... great, but I find the same issue with meat alternatives. They are typically overcooked and in turn, interfere with the qualityof the meal. Beyond chicken is easily over cooked and changes the texture, as with most plant based protein. The prices arefair and the offering of the selection is appreciated. I think this is only a limited option, but cooks should be advised on thedifference in cooking this instead of traditional meat products. Read more
