Very unhappy with the experience at this Panera location. I ordered few bagels. The person who rang my order, kept taking other... orders and keeping all the receipts aside. Once she finished the entire que, she proceeded to fill the orders and was asked byanother female to not leave the register and have the backer fill the orders. I waited additional 20 minutes after alreadywaiting for 10 minutes. Once the backer comprehended all the receipts, I noticed while he was bagging the items, his long dredsfell inside my bags over my bagels. After he handed me the bag, I went to back of the store and asked another female for aManager. She fetched the same individual who had long loose dreds. He got very upset, when I told him about my concerns. How canhe be a Manager in a food serving business and not know these fundamental protocols. Very disappointed and never going thereagain. This Panera Bread use to be efficient. I ordered a Chkn Fugii Apple Salad. No chkn was in the salad. I called after stating my... problem the young lady put me on hold and left me on hold. I called back and after repeating my concern to her again anotheremployee chimed in as if I don?t know what chkn looks like. I ended up back at the store and I spoke to the manager Jay inresponse to his employees and customer service. All this to say check your order before you leave :) Read more

Ordered lunch for my team at my job while celebrating my boss birthday. Panera messed the entire order up and on top of that... completely left out my bosses meal. Sizing were wrong on the orders and more than one order was missing. Completely disappointedwith the service here. I would recommend checking your bag before leaving to ensure your order is correct and all there. I wouldhave added photos however half the food is missing. Read more

Panera dropped the ball on my order tonight Order drinks ( 2 bottles of water and a green juice )didn't get none of... them. Ordered extra toppings and quinoa i paid extra for.....where I see nothing. Also put salad dressing that I didn't ask forin my salad. Whats going on panera. I deserve a refund! Read more

I am a regular customer at this Panera. The quality of customer service is steadily declining. Today I was aggressive asked for... my order (while I was looking at the menu and no one was waiting behind me) twice by an employee who was texting on her phone.Employees cleaning the dining room were having conversations with themselves, which leads me to believe that they were on thephone through headphones. If you are doing takeout this is probably still a good place to go, but if you are looking to dine inI would drive a couple of miles away to the next location. I will not be back. Read more

I tried to reportedly voice my concern to an employee today that she was blocking a walk path by overcrowding it with chairs.... She ignored me and continued to reset the chair and block the walk path. I again set it onto the table. Most of the staff hereare ignorant for an unknown reason.. Read more

Ordered a green goddess cobb, added spinach and frizzled onion. Didn't get the onions, and did get the spinach but all the... other veggies were gone( aragula, red leaf, kale ). Just the romaine and spinach. Nothing like advertisement. Read more
