There is no drive thru. Parking lot is fine to park and walk in though. I live down the street so Im here a few times a week.... I?m always satisfied with my drinks and the food is as expected. I go there frequently as I work nearby. I saw Andre Garvey who I thought was only an employee on the floor ?help? make drinks,... as I was placing my order I saw him be extremely rude to 3 employees. A manager should not speak like this to staff in front ofcustomers and even if they do they should not be so rude. Andre was rude to customers and employees all in the few minutes thatI was there. I go to this Starbucks very frequently and all the other employees are very friendly even with my complicated longdrink orders. Later on I found out Andre was the manager. I had an unpleasant experience and hope to have better. Read more

I know times are tough but shorting people on beverages seems to be the latest trend trending on social media these days. I... thought the negative publicity was fake but i guess it is in fact true that Starbucks is shorting people on beverages. Smh!! Igot my grande cappuccino which was half full. Cleanliness is an issue here. Several times I come in there are always at least 2 flies flying around. The pickup counter is... always sticky. Trash is always full and the floor is dirty too. I don't see employees cleaning the store often. Probably onlybefore opening and after closing. Read more

Friendly people. I went when it was pretty busy, morning rush and all. It took a while to get my drink since I didn't mobile... order it. Drink was great but my sandwich was burnt and I couldn't eat it should have checked my bag before I left. Read more

To starbucks who charge arm and a leg for anything but can't teach your employees how to behave. You guys only have one job and... can't do that right. First cashier was very rude then can't type a name right even I gave her only 3 letters FAR and this iswhat she typed. Smh...way to go STARBUCKS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Perfectly fine spot :) I'm unable to visit regularly, but have never had a problem. My online orders are always ready by the... time I get there (and I make sure to order early enough to give them time to make them). The employees do a good job and I'venever felt brushed off by them or anything like that. Once they somehow messed up my name and put "Ksteli", and I thought itwas the funniest thing (I'm used to having my name misspelled, and this was just a giggle). I kept the sticker. Read more

Wow, this place looks great and decorative but this one girl has such an attitude and needs to be removed from this location.... The rest were great but she is just terrible. Her response towards other customers, her lack of urgency seriously needs to beshaped up. Very light skinned girl, blonde hair in a pony tail and glasses and her name is Kristen. I have my own retail storeso I understand the magnitude of having these kind of people working for me here. It?s possible that she isn?t normally this waybut I don?t think she works too well under pressure. I?d also like to add that I waited over 13 minutes for a tall ice coffee(black no milk or sugar). That was the least of my worries though. I value customer service over all. Read more
