I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad's memorial service at Charlestown in... Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attendthe service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. I remembered how much my dad liked Subway. Mysiblings took him there often. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently Icalled a different franchise down the road and I'm thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the ownercontact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what wasordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I'veexperienced in a long time. I stopped by after attending the Woodlawn High School farewell for two of our CCBC Upward Bound Catonsville scholars to purchase... lunch. I ordered a 6in All American Club on multigrain bread. Never had a bad experience here. It's never crowded, parking is close & easy. Service is fast & friendly. Food is good &... reasonably priced. What's not to like here? Just stopped in to get two salads. Except for the drive, it's probably quicker thangetting the salad ingredients out of the refrigerator at home & throwing one together. Read more
I've been to this Subway many times, but today felt compelled to write a review. They did a cosmetic interior redecoration in... this place. Looks much nicer. Today, the young woman who waited on me was so polite and attentive. Possibly the best in personsubway experience I've ever had. Other than that, it's a fairly typical Subway, but the cleanliness, appearance, and staffreally make this one a cut above. Read more
You have to speak a little louder than normal because of a machine location but it is bearable. They have a sign posted to speak... a little louder when ordering. The food was very nice and neat. Im picky about wilted or even brown edges on lettuce and when Isaw it, the attendant kindly replace the container. Read more

We bought 3 cookies to go with our meals (we ate in the store). 2 of them were chocolate chip which were great; the other was a... white chocolate macadamia which was hard and tasted stale. We walked up and asked for a different one and were told that ?wedon?t sell stale cookies.? Read more
