**Another update** The store's customer service still never reached out. I finally got in touch with their support account on... Twitter and that was basically another dead end. They gave me a 5$ coupon and 2 free tacos, but it still didn't cover the amountof money we spent on the food we didn't receive. After weeks of trying to communicate through Twitter, I was eventually ghostedby their Twitter account. **Update** My friends and I all placed nacho fries with our orders and no one got them including onefriend who ordered a nacho fry box. They didn't even receive their nacho chips and cheese dip. We also all felt nauseous fromwhat we did eat. I'm waiting to hear back from customer service but after past negative experiences at different locations, Ihave never heard back from them so I'm not holding my breath. . . . . Super friendly staff. Nothing takes 5 minutes to make. Especially when pre-ordered on the app. Corp trying to keep the drive thru timing down... inconveniences customers. No one should be told to "drive around for 5 minutes". It's fast food. There isn't even any cookinginvolved. Go to the Security Blvd location instead. Read more

I was surprised at the excellent taste of all the items I ordered. It seems that they've scaled up. I have no idea if it's just... this one of a fluke, but definitely surpassed my expectations. I got no sauce or napkins, but guess one can't have it all. Iappreciate not getting a handful of condiments I don't need, but ask me what I do need. I didn't think I had to ask for napkins.At least three for the four items I purchased. Read more

Update: 10th July 2019, I went to this taco bell with my family and I have order Supreme Chalupa Combo. I am pure vegetarian. ... Therefore, I have replaced beef with beans in my whole order. When I received my order they gave beans on two chalupa. However, beef was added in hard shell taco. Very disappointed and very bad that we trust on restaurant that they will provide food thatwe ordered. This is can make big problems in our life. I will never visit this Taco Bell and I will also tell my all friendsand family to not visit this store. They might not maintain food allergies rules. This is very important for restaurant industryto maintain food making process. Old Review: Quality of food is good. However, it took me 30 minuets to order items via drivethrough. Queue was not moving quickly. It was taking longer than ever. I am hoping that they should hire more experiencedemployees to work faster and quality of work. This place does not feel cleaner. They don't have good interior. I faced issueswith soda fountain. Many times they have issues with soda fountain. Soda does not feel sugar or flavour of soda. Update: This places likes to close. At random. Sometimes it?s for a few minutes, sometimes it?s just drive thru, sometimes... there?s no reason given. Original: As part of my order I ordered a Kickstart, which is supposed to be pretty close to thatcolor of orange juice. When the cashier tried to hand my drink over it was mostly clear with a tinge of orange at the bottom. Itold her it looked watered down, and I was told that I was wrong and it was supposed to look that way. I guess that was betterthan admitting the truth and that they were low on syrup. This was not the first time either; I had the cashier tell me the samething a couple months earlier. So I guess lying to customers and telling them they are wrong is that cashier?s thing?
