Me, my husband and newborn son stopped into the local Catskill Pizza Hut, the server Erin was absolutely amazing and very... attentive to our order. She greeted us with a friendly smile and asked if we were dining in. She took the time to go over themenu and offer different products to us. Erin and her colleagues were very professional. Staff was doing their absolute best even if way behind on orders. Put in an order for pick up to be done at 7.....left there... just before 8! There were only two team members on, they were very overwhelmed and way overworked. They were working as hard andfast as possible to get orders made and out the door. I only caught one name (Brandon,) but if I was them I would have lockedthe doors. The delivery driver was trying to assist with straightening out the orders and getting things ready. Manager left at7 on a Saturday and left 2 people to work until 11. Unruly customers do not help with the feeling of being overwhelmed. Therewere at least 6-7 tickets hanging at a time, how are 2 people supposed to keep up with making, taking and distributingorders?! Pizza and wings were typical of a Pizza Hut. Mushrooms were not the greatest, but after sitting for so long it is to beexpected. Yeah, they need help....and maybe a manager that cares about their staff and restaurant. Shortened hours may help withoverwhelmed staff, don't let them get burned out. You've got a couple of good ones here. Read more
For a chain pizza place I am highly impressed! The service was amazing! There were only two people working but they were both... so attentive checking if we needed anything, of the food was ok and if more drinks were needed. The food itself was perfect andcame out quickly! Other establishments should take notes because this visit was above and beyond what I expected! Read more
even though I didn't get my free breadsticks (wanted cinnamon sticks knowing I would have to pay the difference) I still hold... Pizza Hut with a 5 star rating. I just hold the employee responsible for not knowing how to handle the situation. Pizza Hutpizza is the best and I will choose that over any other pizza. Read more
Idk who was working tonight around 8 p.m. but they do not care at all about the product. My two orders of fries were put... together in the wrong container and they were undercooked! Not fully cooked at all. Not even close to done. I always order thefries here because they are always crispy and delicious. These were disgusting. And I find it really odd that I went to leave areview on Facebook and I couldn't. No option to do that on the catskill pizza hut page. That's shady af and I just don't trustthis place anymore. I spent $50 and I deserve a refund for the two orders of fries at least. The other food was very lackluster. Probably won't be back. The chick on tonight was terrible and not very friendly either. She definitely didn't care aboutserving us undercooked nasty fries. Read more
The staff here are really good. We made a phone order, which was easy. And the cajun fries were amazing. Cholocate desserr was... huge for the price. I recommend this location. Read more
