I've been going to this subway for over 20 years. I placed a $36 and change order for 3 sandwiches. I received my receipt and... then notice my order was ready. When my husband and I went into the store the rude, abrasive redhead behind the counter barkedhow do you want to pay for this, you can pay for your chips and sandwiches together if you want. I said I already paid for thesandwiches, I just want to... Redhead barks I'm not letting you walk out of here with 3 sandwiches with all the extras withoutpaying. Still confused I started to seek clarification at which she called her boss regarding the confrontational customer, herfull blown attitude for all to see... my order was canceled, my payment on hold, just all very nasty. Her boss had sent her ascreen shot, my payment canceled. Meanwhile, my bank account was frozen by the transaction, so no sandwiches for my family. Iunderstand things happen, I work in customer service too. The difference is I don't attack customers for misunderstandings andshe was just awful. I won't go there again, I just walked out, I had no other options. My sandwiches thrown in the trash happilyby this nasty individual. I'm just one person, we are just one family but I've not had anyone drive home the insignificance ofus the way she and her boss did today. Read more
Poor customer service and closes way too early and way before the store is supposed to be closed based on the hours listed... online. Only decent and cheap place to eat and want to chase customers away because they want to go home early. Read more
I will never go to this location again. They do not honor the subway coupons and the owner is cheap and will charge you for... even extra lettuce. I understand people are trying to survive but this place is out of line. Just a rip off Read more

Used to eat at Subway often. No longer. Meals are ridiculously expensive and can't hold a candle to any real deli or sub... shop. This location is particularly annoying in that they do not accept coupons of any kind. Signs posted all over clearlyreminding customers that there will be no savings at this location. Ironically, they send coupons to residents in the village. It's like a thumb to the nose by management. These are the the kinds of things that make me not want to come back. Over $20for two subs is outrageous. I could have a sit down dinner in a restaurant for that much. Read more
We stopped there today to grab a sub to share at the river. The girls were very friendly and the sub was made perfect. Great job... girls. Oh and store was clean. Catskill is a great little town. Keep up the wonderful work. Read more
Used to frequent this Subway frequently. It has deteriorated seriously. They no longer have the bread I like , they stopped... serving some of the toppings I enjoyed and the last time I was there male employee was rude. The cheese kept crumbling and heoffered no apologies. I walked out and won't be back. Read more
