I travel A LOT! (I spend more time traveling than at home.) And I eat pizza ALL THE TIME! Like 1-2x a week. I go to all kinds of... pizza places, a new one almost every time. Corporate, small Mom and Pop, small chains. Whatever I pass/near. I've successfullysteered away from PH on purpose for YEARS because truly, everyone out pizzas The Hut. I used to work there when I was younger,and quit because they half a** everything. (True story. Just to prove it, do you see a single response to any review?) #1 I getsome red hot pepper that's not the jalapeno I ordered. (Still not sure what pepper I actually got.) #2 I have a special request(I literally ask for every single time I order pizza). Every pizza place, no matter how busy they are, are happy to oblige. PHwas happy to completely ignore it (with 1 car in the parking lot). #3 My "thin and crispy" came "thin and soggy". #4 I got halfthe toppings, that literally every other place I've gone to gives. #5 It's worth mentioning the cheap frozen dough they use. Myspouse even asked how I could bring this home. I just looked at my spouse (my exact words), "This is exactly why I don't ever goto PH. But every other pizza place was no less than 2.5x father. Food was great but very limited menu. No salad PERIOD like not just the all you can eat salad bar which most don't have since... COVID but like we were handed paper menus with all the salads aggressively crossed off. The waitress was friendly but pushy forno reason and brought the check way too early and tried to make it seem like I should be leaving while literally a slice ofpizza was in my mouth. I was going to order cinnamon sticks to go but they missed out on that order. Don't hurry people! Therestaurant had literally 4 other people in it in the middle of rural Kentucky. For real. Quick, friendly service and the food was perfect!
Looked at the deals for Cave city. Entered on line and got to check out. Deal was available with correct discount. A friend said... they will pick it up on the over to my house and buy so asks me to call the order instead. I call and a foreign call centeranswers call and tells me this store does not accept this deal. I said they do because would have been able to order it online.He said no couldn?t do it. We went elsewhere. Terrible customer service When did ordering a pizza get so difficult? Have orderfrom this Pizza Hut many times. Never again. Kind of shady. Read more
My experience at this Pizza Hut was what I've come to expect from the chain restauraunt: a once thriving and enjoyable place to... eat dying a slow death. While the pizza is still good, everything else is slowly losing its appeal. I had to find someone whocould seat me in the nearly empty dining room. While she was friendly, my server performed the absolute minimum servicenecessary. She spent most of her time sitting in a booth talking to a gentleman friend. The booths and other furnishings are allout of date. There was no music playing. The restroom was dirty. I ordered a pizza which the menu stated to be under $9. But Iwas charged over $15. At that point I was so disappointed that I just paid the bill and left. The immediate area didn't seem tohave many pizza restauraunts. So, it might still be worth it to get a to go order. But I can't really recommend dinning in. Read more
Great stop before Mammoth Caves. No buffet, but quality and fast service, clean and Pizza Hut consistency. Plus, across the... street from our hotel. Plenty of left overs! Read more
I got a large thin crust veggie pizza. The crust taste stale . I ordered a pick up they told me 10 minutes . I waited 10 minutes... at my home and drove from park city which took me about 8 minutes to arrive at the drive thru . No one else was in the drivethru the cashier said it would be a few minutes I waited about 8 minutes and it was hot but it was the worst pizza ever. Read more
