Crew was changing our food bins, took 3 min to be greeted as i stood in front to wait. Nothing wrong with a wait, very... understandable, but need to recognize customers, especially those standing in front of you as you avoid eye contact. Read more

Veggies were not very fresh, however bread was good. This location does not have veggies patty. They were very patient and... prepared the way we need. Read more

Very slow. They only do one order at at time. Once that car pulls off they take another order. Like that every time I come here.... Today I was told that the inside was busy so it will be a while before I can order through the drive thru. You should be ableto manage the inside dinning and the drive thru. After 12 minutes I was told they were still busy. This place is a joke ! Read more

Literally the slowest subway I?ve been to. Idk if they?re missing brain cells or what but these girls could not make a sandwich... to save there lives. If I knew how slow they were I?d have gone to the drive through only sonic. Which by the way probablywould?ve been faster despite the huge line of cars. Read more

Slow doesn't begin to describe their pace. The two girls working tonight took a 20 minutes to get through 4 subs, which doesn't... even include the wait in line. One of them went outside to text on her phone and started refilling her fountain drink, whichmade the wait even longer. My whole family was fuming and they continued to go just as slow, if not slower, after gettingcomplaints. Read more

Last time i came here i waited 35 mins in the drive through with no vehicles in front of me. This time i came inside to place my... order the kid taking my order was clearly not aware of the sandwhich formulas....me being a prior assistant manager at a subwayi said something in front of both the employees and then they proceeded to charge me 3 dollars extra for the proper amount ofmeat on a spicy italian....please teach your staff the proper formulas so dissappionting might as well be paying for an extrasandwhich when all i wanted was the proper amount meat and i still didnt even get that. Staff was super friendly. This was really helpful since we were on the road a minute and kinda tired and not really up to the... task of ordering food properly. Lol. Cookies were fresh from the oven and they had no problem special making a sandwich not ontheir menu. Would have given them 5 starts but the seating area was in the convenience store of the gas station and the tablesand chairs looked like nobody cared for them in quite a while. Otherwise if in Cave City KY right off I65 then this is thesubway to visit. Read more

I have never received as terrible service as I did at this Subway anywhere else in my life. I first pulled up to the drive thru... since I had my kids in the back, I thought it would have made life quite a bit easier to not have to get out. After a fewminutes of nothing over the intercom, even after I said "hello", I pulled into a stop and decided to go in with our orderswritten down. I get in line behind 5 people, the first 3 were already finishing up their sandwiches on the veggie line, and theother 2 were just starting. Normally this wouldn't take too long to get taken care of, so I stood patiently waiting my turn toput my order in. Once the first portion of the last 2 orders was taken care of, 1 of the 2 workers disappears. Not a big deal, they might have had to take an urgent bathroom break or something might have been cooking behind the scenes, I didn't think muchof it. The first 3 people are now done and have paid. The other 2 customers? sandwiches were still in the oven, so the workerstill remaining comes down my way. Now, at this point, I have been waiting around 10 minutes. I step up to the glass, and I goahead and tell the lady that I have 4 sandwiches to order. She gave me the most evil "how dare you make me work" glares that Ihave ever seen. I then looked her dead in the eyes and said "never mind then, I can take my business elsewhere", which she thentried to apologize and I said "no thank you, I can tell I'm not welcome here", and left. I then told my sister in law about theexperience a couple hours later, she lives near this location and she told me this is a pretty common thing. Read more
