This is my new favorite restaurant! The staff is always delightful, so welcoming, attentive and friendly ! and the cuisine is... exquisite. Everything I?ve had so far has been super fresh and tasty! I wanted to like this place really bad. I really did. I love Vietnamese food and it?s cool the kind of cuisine they offer from... north and south. However I had a near death experience with the worst possible service. The very first thing I told my serveris that I have a severe peanut allergy. The kind you can die from. I asked to double check that none of my food would eventouchthe same stuff as peanuts. I ordered bun Bo hue and in my very first bite there was an odd crunch, a weird flavor and immediatepanic. I just bite into a peanut. My through got itchy, and I immediately stopped eating. My server never came to check on us,they refused to offer to take this off or remake it for me and By the time another server finally came over, I had ti get a photo go because the other people had finished the entire meal. What an incredible find. I can't believe I never knew about this place until a week ago! Of course I had to try the Pho first,... but it was quickly outshined by their garlic chicken wing appetizer and steamed chicken with ginger sauce entree. The saucesfor both were FANTASTIC! This place is a total rip-off. I ordered the #22 and paid $14 for a ?grilled beef noodle bowl?. What I ended up receiving was... basically a salad with noodles and like 7 tiny pieces of beef. To say the least I was left hungry and extremely disappointedafter getting home. Read more

3 Regions has become one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants here in the Phoenix area. Besides having great food and service,... they offer more than just Pho and sandwiches, especially if you are looking for other Vietnamese noodle dishes. Best pho in the valley 100% The people are so nice and the food is to die for, we drive 20-30 minutes to come here (depending on... traffic) and wouldn't think of going anywhere else now that we have found this gem!
