Not for me, really really salty cold cuts. The bread was just okay and definitely not the same selection of bread at Subway.

I hit Firehouse Subs for the first time today after reading that they are peanut and tree nut friendly. (Per their website, they... do not source any ingredients with these allergens. This is a dream for my son who has to be ultra careful when orderingfood...especially baked goods). I arrived at about 1130 on a Friday and this location was busy. They had four sandwich makers onshift and there were about 6 people waiting ahead of me for their lunch. A consistent flow of people came in after me. I waitedmaybe 15 minutes before my name was called and these guys were hustlin. My sons ham and cheese sandwich was toasted toperfection and made with such care (balance between ingredients...no heavy dressings, too much of anything)....we willdefinitely be back. Firehouse is one of the better sandwich chains. I usually get the meatball or brisket and cheddar sandwich and they always come... out hot. I sometimes have to wait to eat the meatball because it?s so hot so I don?t burn my mouth. This restaurant is alwaysclean, the employees are nice, and it usually isn?t too busy, at least during dinner time. Update: food is still good andrestaurant still clean, but lately the employees have made it not fun to come here. I get the vibe that they don?t want to bethere and don?t really care. Read more
Before I wrote this review I wanted to eat a few sandwiches before I formed my opinion.. Most of the subs that I have eaten the... Italian the meatball and the beef and cheese wool had a peculiar sweet taste to them. Now I'm an Italian from New York and Ilove my hero sandwiches but I have to say I will not be coming back to Firehouse subs The sweetness in whatever substance thatthey're putting into the sandwich just is not appealing. I would rather have a high quality meat and bread hero sandwich withoriginal flavors then something that is sweet like Firehouse subs. Read more
