Someone in healthcare said I?d feel better if I had a raw juice drink from Nekter twice a week. And I do!! Their raw juice... drinks are delicious! So easy to order on line and have it ready when you get there. I highly recommend Nekter! Read more
Inconsistent. Some staff is friendly and greets you with a smile. Some may not like people who look like me, or at least that's... how Some of the girls act when I come in to pickup my order (frowned up, no greeting even when i give one, no smile, but theyalways greet and smile and are friendly to the people who look like them). Only option for a real fruit smoothie in this area. Adrive thru or curbside pickup would be great. For the price a simple smile, courtesy, and the same treatment for all patrons,should come with the drink. Just my observation after going here for a year. Read more
I have enjoyed my smoothie 3 times consecutively at this spot. It?s delicious, and never watery. The staff is sometimes super... busy, and the waits can be long. However you are getting exactly what you are paying for smoothie wise. I can?t speak for therest of the menu. I love this place and no complaints Read more
I love Nekter! It is my favorite smoothie/bowl shop. I've never had a problem with the customer service, they've always been... friendly. Prices are high but it's organic and delicious, so it's worth it. Also it tastes amazing. A great place to stick toyour diet or indulge. My personal favorite are the bowls, they taste so good and are presented beautifully. I always take minehome and add extra agave syrup on top; because I like it super sweet. Read more
Great service, delicious acai bowls but someone needs to educate the employees on customer service on how to fix a problem...for... example, i had a small fly trapped in my peanut butter bowl and noticed this when i got home. Had to drive back and show themthis and all they did was say sorry and offer to remake or get a refund. First thing, they didnt ask what it was i had andforgot my extra peanut butter i ordered when it was made again. Second, no offers of a free bowl or 10 percent off next order orany sort of comp for my troubles. I used to work in the food industry for over 10 years and u always offer a comp withsomething that u mess up on. This review would have been 5 stars had they done that, but its also not less than 4 stars causethey dont usually mess up. I hope this reads as a fair review. Read more
I tried Nekter for the first time ever. I got a banana berry smoothie and it was delicious, very light and refreshing. It is... different from Jamba Juice but equally as delicious. The interior is very nice and they do have it set up for social distancing.You can sit inside and eat and drink. Read more
