Thin crust pizza was not cooked properly. Crust should have been darkened, so it's crispy & not a floopy mess. Pepperoni &... sausage with cheese didn't have a quality taste. 1st pizza came out cold. Read more

We dined here last night and the food was good but we might have left some glasses at our table. We called today and the man was... very nice and said they have lots of glasses that people leave accidentally and to come in and look. We went to the restaurantdriving all the way from Glendale only to be told by the lady in front that "the manager is in a meeting and can not bedisturbed" so.. We can't look for the glasses and had to leave and go all the way back home. I guess the manager has all theglasses in his office and couldn't even lift a finger to help us out. We will not be back to this Oregano's. Everytime they mess up our orders. We eat at other ones We don't have problems every... single time. We ordered two of the wings. My husband gets there they made 1. He had to sit and wait until the other was made. Myhusband had been up since 4:30 am working out in the heat all day. We ask for blue cheese dipping sauce he asked for more ofthat assuming they messed that up too! The girl comes out oh my manager says to charge you for that! My husband said just forgetit! Guess what he gets home he was right they gave us ranch not what we ask for! We got the cookie. We don't like it doughy sowhen ordering we asked for it will done because we don't like it doughy. What we received was doughy so we had to put it in theoven. This stuff happens Everytime we order food! It's not just one mistake it's always everything! When my husband got home hesaid let's stop going to that one. We love their food it's too bad they can't get employees to make things right! This place is always great.. The turkey stuffed sandwich is my go to. Today we also had the house salad, which was great too.... Our food took a little longer than usual but we received a complimentary cookie n ice cream for the wait. The staff was verynice and kept our drinks filled while we waited for our food. First visit to the Cave Creek location, and very pleased with theservice. We'll definitely be back soon! Read more
Great food and atmosphere This is a really popular restaurant - even though it was mid-week, there was a queue for a table. We... managed to get a seat at the bar immediately and even though it was busy our food came out really quickly. My husband and Iordered the mac n' cheese and the roasted Brussels sprouts to share - both were delicious, super tasty and very reasonablypriced. Large portions to share when it comes to most entres, Italian music, lots of old vintage items to look at while waiting for... food, service can be hit or miss. Kid friendly and simple. Overall excellent value and good filling food. Read more
