Twice now in two weeks I have ordered online and told 30 to 45 min, not the problem. The problem I have is when I show up after... driving 20 min to get there just to be told it will be 30 to 40 min still. Very unorganized, and not sanitary. No one washestheir hands after handling money or the dirty computer, ingredients all over the place. Read more
The new manager in training-pants does not wash hands in between handling cash and making food. Watched him several times cross... contaminating several customers food. Manager's ego got upset when he got called out. Rather switch to one of the many otherpizza joints in the area then risk getting salmonella or another food related illness. Read more
Super bummed. We ordered a pizza and were sitting around waiting for it to arrive. Didn't realize it was sitting on the ground... out front for 30 minutes. No one every rang the doorbell or knocked on the door to let us know it was here. By the time werealized it was delivered, it was cold. And it's just gross thinking bugs could have been crawling on it. I don't know whythey didn't send me a text or at least ring the doorbell, we were literally sitting around waiting for it to arrive. They didn't have any of the pizzas ready to take out. The gal helping me was curt and no helpful. This is the second time this... has happened. Ordered a pizza for the last time order was not what I ordered. Terrible ownership and management!!! Read more
This Papa John?s is incredible. The app is easy to use and shows each step of the process from prep to where the driver is.... Delivery is super fast. Drivers are always so nice. Never any issues with any order. Food always hot at delivery. Food alwaysfresh. So reliable and delicious they are my go to for pizza and wings. Wings are pretty awesome too. Read more
Customer Service was beyond excellent! Food was hot and so so so so so so delicious! Everything made to perfection. The... employees were so nice! We usually order delivery up at my mom's so it was my first time in the store! Store was clean andfollowing all safety guidelines. First order after moving here. It took an hour (but it was a Friday night, and we?re on the outskirts. I can see it.) What I... can?t see? Cold. And...a taco. That must have been one hell of a brake check. Then the driver *popped the seal* to checkhis handiwork...so how it was still delivered is beyond me. Pizza wrecked. Cheese sticks too. Oh, but he did keep his distance. (Does that count if he *opened* the pizza?) So we called back. Reorder was way painless, new pie, hot, as good a fix as youcould ask for. So...driver?...1 Star.
