We used to love coming here on our drive through Cave Creek but now we won?t be back. They?ve changed their hours to ridiculous... times. Who closes at 6:30pm on a Saturday evening? They then instructed is to go to an open location that didn?t have a drivethru. How are the grocery store ones open later than the drive thru ones? I guess save yourself the hassle and drive down theroad to Dutch Brothers, they are extremely friendly and are open past 6:30pm. Read more

I started going to this Starbucks 3 years ago when we lived less than 2 minutes away. I became a regular and very quickly... multiple employees memorized my order. They are the quickest, most on point, friendly location I have been to. I want to shoutout Kaylah and Tyler, they are me and my families favorite employees. They truly know what good customer service is and taketheir job above and beyond. Now, I live 7 minutes further and I still drive out of my way to make sure I go to this location. Staff are always friendly, nice indoor atmosphere with plenty of outlets for chargers, drive thru is as efficient as can be... expected and usually doesn't take too long, no outdoor seating. Read more

OMG. We ordered our coffees to go ? and walked in to pick it up. I was so impressed it was so clean and neat organized even thou... it was very busy. The Employee was very nice greeted us into Starbucks. This was the first time we been at this Starbucks wewere very impressed. They deserve 10 STARS ?????????? Good Job ????
