It's ok and fast when u get the right employee, I like to use the online order option but u might as well order in person as the... employees hardly ever look to see if anyone ordered online. Gotta order almost an hour ahead of time and pray they see yourorder or come out from the back. Waited like 30 minutes for my sandwich after I had already placed the order 20 minutes inadvance then made me wait after another customer even though I had my order placed already. Probably will stop coming hereuntill they finally get on top of the online orders. Read more
I went here the other day and walked in on my phone because I was on my short lunch break. I looked up halfway through and... realized that none of the employees were wearing masks. I'm sorry but the pandemic is still going on so I'm not sure why peoplehandling food aren't wearing masks. I won't be returning to this location since they aren't taking the health of their customersseriously. Other locations I've been to have their employees wearing masks, plastic partitions up, etc so not sure why thislocation isn't. If I had realized it before they were partway through making my sandwich I would've turned around and left. Read more
As soon as me and my husband walked in, we saw a worker sweeping the floor. Well, as we waited for at least 4 minutes he walks... as slowly as possible and doesn't even greet us. We had to greet him. Then tell him what we wanted. He made our salad andsandwich with a negative attitude. We will never come to this Subway again!! Read more
This place is FILTHY. The tea is literally molding in the canister, everything near the soda is sticky, there?s nothing to dry... your hands with in the men?s room, Employee didn?t was his hands, and has taken 30 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. I ordered achicken bacon ranch, and after being asked twice ?what was this again? He forgot the ranch. Dropped cookies and offered them tome. I was very happy with this location. It's a pretty close drive from Cave Creek Regional Park so you can grab a quick bite after... a hike. The food here is very fresh, and the vegetables looked good. Fresher than other locations as well. Very crispy and notwilty at all. :) The seating area was clean as well. Read more
There is an AC leak which splashes into a bucket (that isn't regulary emptied)and thus splashes your legs while waiting in line.... I ordered a salad from the menu. The first service person was fine, but the one adding the vegetables and chopping was extremelysloppy with everything she made, including the smashed sandwiches and condiment globbing. I had to ask 4 times for a low fat orfat free dressing in a packet since it was "to-go",, and she kept telling me they just had ranch. I have had this salad at otherSubway's so I know better. Finally another worker found a fat free ranch. The incompetent one was happy to let me go out with nodressing. She slapped the packet on top of the salad top but offered no eating utensils, napkins or bag, not a word, justslapped it on top and went on with her poor sandwich execution. This all occured after I paid the $8.10 for my salad which hadabout half the vegetables I usually get from other Subway's. Needless to say I've crossed this one off my list. Read more
This is one of the worst Subway restaurants I have been to. There was no soap in the men's restroom. There was no tea made. The... fountain drink machine would not turn on so I had to settle for a beverage out of the cooler. The tables were all dirty. My subwas cold even after toasting. The spinach was so wilty and discolored and chose not to have any on my sub. The young lady behindthe counter was by herself and had zero personality. Just a horrible experience. I won't be returning to this location. All ofthis was at 10:30 am to 11:00 am. Read more
