We were pleasantly surprised to find such a gem in Cave Junction like Carlos Restaurante. The ambiance, food and service were... excellent. Bland Mexican Food? Bleah!! Nothing has much flavor - no spiciness whatsoever in any dish I?ve tried there. The bar is okay,... but that?s not enough to get me back there. Go up the street to Eduardo?s. Much Better! Read more

Fantastic cocktails and a quiet relaxed atmosphere. Just wish my tequila drink wasn't served in a ceramic dog dish. Also my taco... salad shell was ice cold when served, should be hot and fresh from fryer. Read more
This place was so so busy when I went. I still got great customer service but was unable to sit on the patio like I hoped. Next... time! I took pictures of the menu because I had time while waiting on my guest to arrive but once she was there I put my phoneaway. I had the special of fish tacos and it was pretty good!
