Love the girl Amber who makes the morning doughnuts. She is so friendly and very nice. Hard worker. She's a keeper.
From the day it was built/opened and to this date, this is the most cluttered, dirty, dysfunctional, mismanaged, disrespectful,... rude, incompetent, overpriced, nasty, health violations filled food and beverage operated, and clearly verbally abusive towardemployees by managers I have ever seen, heard, entered, or experienced from one of these big chain rollout stores. If thehealth department ever did their job and dropped in for a surprise inspection of their kitchen, coolers, and foodhandling...this would be shut down immediately and fined harshly. Management could not be unaware and allowing such to happenand continue. It's more than deserving and safe that the public be made aware!!! Even being in the small community/communityof Cave Springs; which may be small and having a great deal of current and growing local, regional, and out of state peoplepassing through daily, I have to declare this as the worst of both past and present. If this history continues, the future lookspretty pathetic and disgraceful. This Casey's is a stain on even such a small but well traveled and visited community as CaveSprings. Read more
Third time within a couple of weeks gas pumps not working or empty. Icee machine has been out of order for weeks, coffee and tea... empty or not working. Out of cups, lids etc often. Snacks and candy very low or empty. This is a beautiful and very busy storethat can be so much better if run properly. Cave Springs/Highfill resident. Read more
Worst service station I?ve experienced in a long time. Hard to find an E85 pump that works and doesn?t leak everywhere. Staff is... rude and they have an unusual obsession with Canadian bacon on the pizza. This isn?t Manitoba, make pepperoni available YOU CANADD PRICE GOUGING TO THE LIST. E85 went up .40 in one shot. I?m never stopping here again which makes it huge inconvenience butseriously I?m through with this place. Read more
Made a pizza order online, went to pick up and was completely wrong when I got home, called back and told the lady. She said she... wrote my name down on a piece of paper and to call back when you want your pizzas. Called today and talked to a (manager)disrespectful lady. She said there?s no way to prove that you didn?t get your pizzas right, and in know way going to get thepizzas. I told her I have the receipt, and to check the cameras. She hung up on me twice! Pizza was good but it would of been nice if they got my order right. I ordered a medium pepperoni and got a medium sausage.... When u walk in the store the clerks are all standing Round with the shelf and cooler empty. I guess nice cozy job for everyone. Read more
Best gas station in town. The pizza is very good and the pastries and donuts are great. Blueberry cake is my favorite. It has... easy in and out at the light. Read more
Stopped in to get a sandwhich and they were arguing over who needed to make it. Ended up leaving because no one would make an... effort to prepare it. Only one other customer in the store and 3 employees working. Very disorganized Read more
