I came in and told the sub artist that I was allergic to shell fish. they are severing lobster right now, and the response I got... was amazing. she did everything by the book and rewashed her hands and changed gloves, got a new knife, didnt touch anythingunless she had a new paper to block any allergen from cross contaminating my sub. the artists name was princess and I'd like togive a big shout out to her and thank her for her above and beyond service. subway you got a keeper here make sure she knows howawesome she is.
