Arrived at 6pm on a Saturday (11.12.22) - dining room was closed. The drive through staff was courteous and quick.
I'm sure there are people that need jobs that can count to three. Ordered three biscuits they put two in a bag didn't realize it... till I got all the way home had to turn around drive all the way back did I get any compensation for my trouble of course not.Customer service and accountability is nonexistent anymore. They can remodel the outside of the building though. Read more
This really is one of the best Bojangles I've been to. I go 1-2 times/week and theyve never gotten my order wrong. It's not... simple and it's rarely the same thing. Ill admit, it 'seems' like they are rushing you thru the order a little bit because everytime you say something, they say 'And what else?' But, if you consider that they are just trying to keep the line moving(because this location is very convenient, regardless of which interstate you're traveling on, so it busy) and they value yourtime, then you can recognize that this is how they help YOU, by running an efficient operation. I have never left a review on anything but this lady deserves some recognition even if she doesn?t see this. I stop by on my way... to work on Friday mornings and the lady who is working the register/drive thru is always so very nice and so fast but alsoefficient. Makes the experience so much better, she needs a raise! Read more
Food was great. Inside dining not so much. They are short staffed so it took a while for the employees to recognize that we were... waiting at the counter. They charge 60 cents for tap water. It was freezing cold in the dining area when we ate breakfast therearound 8am. Read more
It would be 5 stars but the menu has changed, which is not the fault of this location but it affected our visit. The lack of a... less spicy chicken option for my daughter was nearly a deal breaker. The food was good. The manager had her hands full traininga lot of new employees. Read more
Stopped at the Bojangles on Charleston highway for lunch to see if they still have the hot Buffalo wings, and they did always... so good! The food was OK. The employees seemed very irritated that they had to deal with customers. I stood in line for 10 minutes before... I was spoken to and then when they finally took my order the lady seemed very mad. My food was barley warm but still prettydecent. Read more
