Courteous,smiling faces, and food was HOT freshly cooked. Food was prepared/gave to me in the drive-thru in a timely manner. All... plates were just like I ordered them also(nothing was missing). Dine-in still closed due to Covid. Read more
If I could leave a Zero I would! I don't normally complain about customer service because I understand there are a lot of fast... food places that are understaffed, the employees are stressed and the service will be slow. However, to be yelled at,disrespected and basically told that they weren't aware that we were out there at the drive-through is unacceptable. When wearrived right at 5pm there was a older gentleman on foot with a cane at the drive through attempting to place an order. He hadbeen looking at the menu for quite awhile and was trying get a reply at the intercom so he could place his order. After waitinganother 5 minutes or so I finally pulled up next to him at the intercom and asked if he needed any assistance. He told me hehad just told his Uber driver to come back later, not realizing at the time that inside dining was closed. That's why he was inthe drive-through line. Since no one had answered him for at least 5 minutes or more I wasn't sure if the entire restaurant wasclosed or not. There were a few cars in the parking lot. We both said "Hello" several times trying to get a reply at the speakerto no avail. I finally just drove around to the pick up window as he walked over to see if there was anyone working. We saw noone through the closed window but eventually someone came to the register so we tried calling out to ask if they were open withno reply. We thought perhaps she hadn't heard us so we asked again with no response. Finally another lady came toward the windowbut didn't open it so both he and I continued to try to get someone's attention. We really didn't know what was going on at thatpoint. She finally jerked the window open and I told her we weren't sure if they were open because we had probably been outthere 20 minutes attempting to place an order without any response on the intercom. Great food for "fast" seafood. Baked fish and shrimp skewers. Cooked just right. The person who takes order brings it to you... and checks on you to ensure it's all good..the lady who is behind the counter "leading" is a familiar face.. on staff for a lotof years. Dedicated . Don't waste your time with this location. The doors are locked. Loud rap music playing on the speakers outside. No sign at all... on the sign or front door stating they are closed. Don't waste your time or gas going to this location.. Read more
The lady at the window was very polite and gave us everything without seeming like she was rushing or irritated, which is... refreshing these days with the current state of customer service. The food on the other hand was skimpy, greasy and BLAND. Theonly thing that was good enough to actually eat was the fish. The fries were stone cold. Read more
The food isn't bad and it is quick. Service is good. I do wish the meal prices included a drink. They advertise a meal for... less than $5, but that isn't the case once a drink is added. They remodeled this location not too long ago and it really doeslook so much nicee. Read more
