Placed an online order for a double quarter pounder with cheese plain with a free large fry Got my food and the burger looked... absolutely terrible one of the worst Mc Donald?s visits in the state so far Buns were hard and over cooked Parts of the burgerwas burnt cheese was halfway on the food Fries were not salty hot yea but missing an important ingredient when I didn?t order nosalt The burger had less flavor then a bottle of water I?ve had some amazing burgers from lexingtons location, and Blythewoodbut this location I will never be back to and I suggest eat elsewhere or going out of the way to a different location Read more
Went thru Drive thru! Was the third vehicle in line when I arrived at 8:40am to purchase three breakfast sandwiches only! I... finally got through line with my order at 9:15 (35 minutes later)! After paying for my order and pulling to the second windowthere was a bag I assumed was mine! Two workers inside were talking with one another but never acknowledged me or my order?After four minutes a young man came to the window and took the five or ten seconds to hand me my order! He was definitely thebright spot of my visit! Obviously this McDonald's is short staffed! Four or five vehicles waiting behind me in line left andwent elsewhere! Read more
Hfs. "Fast" food? You guys gotta work on your service. Got in line with 2ppl in front of me. It's been 23 minutes, there's still... one car in front of me. This is a joke. If I didn't just work 15 hours I would make my own dinner or go elsewhere. Justpitiful. Read more
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to! The drive thru is not a drive thru it's a sit in! Because you sit in line and... it doesn't move. And I can't understand why the food is cold when you wait so long. Someone is not managing this siteeffectively especially around lunch time. Read more
Worse experience ever at a McDonald's. Waited over 30 minutes for a burger, fry and drink. After finally going to the counter... to complain, a manager took my ticket, said she just started her shift, went back to the kitchen, returned with my order andsaid :Sorry baby, here you go". Ordered 2 #5's. 10 piece chicken McNuggets w/ ???? & 2 Coca-Cola's and 4 #7's. The 2 ???? meals w/ ????, 3 Hi-C's and 1 Sprite... and it was the ????. ???? Sat in drive through for a while. They never took orders from the lane I was in. I went inside. The system to place orders is... not user friendly. The store was out of several sodas. No one acknowledged me when I stood by the counter. The guy (nice)brought my food and the fries were not cold but close. With the line at the drive through they should have been hot Not a goodexperience ???? Read more
