I paid over $30 for pizza and dessert to be delivered to my home. I paid for extra meat on the pizza. When the pizza was... delivered, there was no extra meat on it. After calling and having to speak to the cashier ( wants to know my name, problem, andnumber) then I was able to speak to the manager. The manager advised for me to bring the pizza back after I specifically paidfor delivery to make a new one. If they would've did what they were told to do ORIGINALLY, then I wouldn't have to jump throughhoops. I do not recommend this place at all. Its not worth your money! Read more
This is a INCREDIBLE example of FABULOUS service!! From ordering with Jakara ALWAYS HAS THE SPECIALS. (always sweet,... informative) Don't know who made the pizzas but they are PERFECTION!! DELIVERED BY LISA H. ( Fast, friendly and great ) I calledand asked to speak to the manager, I was put on hold less than 3 seconds and Kyvon was on the line. His tone was very pleasantfrom the beginning and I heard a smile in his voice. It was great to give him compliments and to be handled so quickly with suchgreat care. Pizza Hut has gone down hill in the past few years. This location in particular. It's usually understaffed when I go there. I... ask for extra sauce when I do my online order and there's barely any on it at all. I recently tried the boneless wings and wasseverely disappointed. It was an order of 8 wings which were each smaller than a McDonald's chicken nugget. The taste was ok butfor what they charge it's not worth it. I have done online surveys for Pizza Hut but nothing seems to get done about it. If thisreview gets nowhere then they will be loosing my business. Read more
There is always something wrong with my order. They gave me a pizza without sauce, with very little veggies.
