Our server was great. We had a rather long wait (38 minutes) considering the restaurant had many vacant seats. It was only... about half full. There were a lot of workers just standing around talking. The food was great. Read more

Had a bad experience in the past with a member of management named, Tierra. I vowed I'd never return. My boss decided to treat... me and my wife here so I returned without any kind of high hopes. Boy was I proven wrong! We were sat surprisingly fast for aSaturday night. Our server, Charmaine was Excellent. It also gave me an opportunity to see another member of management named,Tammy. She was a complete opposite of the manager that ruined my faith in this location. She was very friendly by making sure tostop and speak with each table. She worked with the employees side by side no matter what the task was. It seemed the employeeswere feeding off of her positive energy because everyone seemed happy and working together as one. I gotta say, I willdefinitely be returning here. Let's just hope it's when Tammy is there. Read more

I went to Red Lobster for a to go order of the garlic cheddar biscuits. For like $4, I can get a half dozen of their amazing... biscuits. I was greeted rather quickly and placed my order. I didn't mind waiting because I would rather have hot biscuits thancold biscuits. I am not fond of seafood however I did peek at the menu & I do plan to go back and try the alfredo with no meat.Parking was good. The restaurant was clean but dark. The staff was friendly and inviting. I wish I had taken pics of the fluffyand flavorful biscuits. Read more

Absolutely better to get real, fresh seafood and cook at home to save the COVID exposure risk. Unattractive area of... Columbia. Received slow seating and even slower food service. Pretty decent bathroom. Owner response Update= I do appreciatethe offer. It's unlikely I'll return to this location as we specifically drove over 60 miles to celebrate a birthday just toreceive subpar service. This restaurant chain, like most, clusters in cities despite the desperate need for healthy, vegetariancuisine in rural areas especially after midnight and before 11am. Read more

Although we called ahead we had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for a party of 12 but once we were seated our waiter Brad was... great and very attentive. The food was fresh and hot, the biscuits melted in your mouth and the drinks were on point. Read more

Food was fantastic! I had the shrimp Alfredo bowl! We had a wonderful server, (Ms Greta). We were a party of 9. Everyone enjoyed... their meal. A free dessert for the birthday girl, and Ms Greta didn't want to leave the kids out, so they got a little somethingspecial as well. That was my first time ever eating there. Read more

We went on a Friday around 5pm before it would get too busy. The staff at the front were either new or need further training on... taking guests and seating them, it was a complete cluster. It seemed extra hot and stuff up front, enough that the waitressmentioned it as well. The waitress we had was very kind and friendly and she did great! The Kung Pao chicken plate was meh;about the same quality as getting it frozen from the store and making it at home. We came specifically for the butterfly coconutshrimp and it lived up to our expectations and tasted just as we remembered it. The salmon was nice and juicy, the biscuits wereperfect, the bacon mac & cheese was great and the roasted asparagus blew us away with how great it was! Read more

Still one of the best seafood restaurants you can find locally Nationwide. Always worth a visit here the food never disappoints.... I highly recommend treating yourself to a Red Lobster surf and turf, or Lobster tell dinner once a month. Also if you had neverbeen to a Red Lobster before now is the time. Don't wait until the next pandemic and it will be too late. Read more
