Great experience. I'd never been to this location before and it was great. Staff was helpful and friendly, food came out quick... and was delicious. If I had one complaint (and it really wasn't bad at all) is that it wasn't immaculatly clean. There were afew tables that had crumbs and things beneath them. Read more
I have not been to Schlotzsky it about 8 months..so I decided to stop by and get my normal ham and cheese sandwich. Got to... counter and see now they have an Italian Calzone so I decided to try it and when I tell you that Calzone is so good and HOTcomes with 2 dipping sauces.. Warning Now it's huge. I could not eat it all unless I was really hungry. Highly recommended theyhave two other Calzones as well. And always great customer service at this location. Read more
1st sandwich ordered made with the correct amount of ingredients except also had mayonnaise which was not supposed to be on that... sandwich. Returned to the store to have the sandwich remade correctly and the 2nd sandwich had 1/4 of the amount of meat thatthe 1st sandwich had. Regretfully I did not realize it until after I had left the store. After calling the store I was toldthatThis was the cook's 1st week.
