I stopped by the Sonic at 2424 Augusta Hwy in West Columbia and ordered a cheeseburger with no pickle. I received a... cheeseburger with no pickle, no cheese or meat. I was already on I26 headed towards Charleston before I realized this. SinceI was going to be getting off the HWY at 321 I decided to just stop at that Sonic on Charleston HWY and see if they could makeme a new sandwich. I was told that was not their policy which I completely understood. Being 100% professional, very kind andcaring Ms. Pope did give me a free sandwich. I know she did not have to and am very grateful she. With the price of fuel itwould have cost more than the burger was worth for me to return to the other store. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, 10/10 awesomecustomer service. Read more

Went on a Sunday around 2 PM. It was fairly crowded with a line 2 cars deep at the drive through. All the park n eats with a... social buffer in-between we're taken. As everyone knows, Sonic is a fast food chain. We were on our way to the State Farmers Market and stopped in for a late lunch.... We had hamburgers, tater tots and french fries. The burgers were very tasty. Service was fast. Read more
