Where?s the beef? I always go to this Taco Bell and I never had a problem but today the visit started with the snarky girl over... the intercom and then my nachos bell grande came with a teaspoon of beef and teaspoon of sour cream lol and this cost nearly 7bucks. Not sure of the names of who worked the morning shift of 10/17 but they are VERY rude! Felt rushed as soon as I pulled up to the... drive through to order. Acted as if they were bothered by me asking for my sauce that they did not put in the bag. Poor customerservice. Do better. Read more
I want to give 5 stars so bad bc we love the bell, but every time we get food from here what we actually bring home is mind... boggling. Like this time we ordered on the app 12 breakfast burritos + salsas, and payed extra for 2 Cinnabun coffees. When wegot it home there were 4 salsas in the bag and our coffees were plain. But the staff is so nice and the food is well prepared,so, oh well first world problems. Thanks! Read more
This is the worst Taco Bell you could go to. the line is extremely long and once you get in the line it is impossible for you to... get out. I waited in the line for 30 minutes and when I got to the window they still didn?t give me my correct food in my t onlyincluded meat and cheese. They completely did not make the rest of the taco. The guy at the window claimed that the bag he gaveme contained everything and it did not. then I had to get back in the line because their inside is closed. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. I have given them chance after chance to become better, however still... extremely disappointing. Not once have they given me what I have ordered. Today I ordered using their kiosk, hoping theycouldn't possibly screw this up! I was wrong again. I ordered 6 soft Taco supreme with no tomatoes. Pretty simple right? All Igot was 6 tortillas with meat and cheese. Far cry from a supreme Taco! Never again will I give this establishment my business! Read more

I haven't been able to eat at a taco bell location in months because they either stop answering the drive thru for the last 45... minutes of business(while they sit in their car in the parking lot with the lights still on inside the building) or im told"it'll be a 30 minute wait on beef, chicken and steak" - which I've agreed to, ordered and then am told "you can't order whatwe don't have right now, but you can sit in the parking lot and check back in 30 minutes." Like... seriously? I don't evenconsider taco bell a late- opened establishment anymore because I've simply never been able to place an order. I guess I'llwait another few weeks and try again, but this is a perfect example of a place fast food joint that is ran by folks wholiterally couldn't care less about the process or the consumer.
