Cayucos Candy Counter has a great selection of taffy, jelly beans, Haribo, etc. I felt like a kid again. The Honey Lavender and... Coppa Mista Gelato was amazing. The chocolate straw that came with the Gelato was so tasty we wanted more. Great family ownedbusy following all the rules in a difficult time. Is always on our list of must visits when we are nearby. My wife took my three daughters in for ice cream. They were in wetsuits, which they showered off all the sand and dried them as... much as possible before going in. One of the workers rudely said "we can't have that in here!" We go do Duckies next door veryoften and they never complain about people coming in with sand on their feet or slightly wet. If your business is at the beach,you should probably be a little more graceful to people coming in to SPEND MONEY at your establishment!!!! Read more

25$ for a pound of chocolate= 7 pieces. They were extremely hard that my jaw actually popped trying to take a bite and then i... quit trying. However the hard candy was a good price and my husband loved the sour selection. Read more
Great ice cream! I did not try the candy, but I have heard very good things about it. They are pretty strict on sand and water... in their store, and I saw someone get kicked out for dripping a little bit. Read more
I just purchased a coconut & chocolate candy which had turned bad (hard and discolored) before its "best by" date (in 10 days)... and they were unwilling to exchange or refund it. It is clear that customer service is lost on them and I will never visit thisshop again. As I write this, the cashier came out and stated that after calling her boss she was willing to exchange it... sheprobably figured out I was writing this review. I got an amazing decaf affogato with dark chocolate gelato. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do require masks, but... I didn't mind after receiving my delicious creation and excellent customer service. Read more
