Waited at the second thing and two other cars went in front of us and they never asked our order, also no one told us that they... was not taking orders in the second lane nor did they have a note. Also two employees seen us sitting there and did not saynothing to us. So we just pulled forward. Then before that, I also went to the take out window and rung the bell 4 times andnothing. Worst McDonald's I have been too as a door dasher and even as a customer. They really need better management here. Read more
Typical of McDonald's. Really shouldn't expect much from them but its very clear that whomever made the sweet tea this morning... ia a northerner ???? no hate though. At least the drive through was faster than they normally are with it. Read more
if i could give zero stars, i would. pulled us up for the wrong order. waited 15 minutes just for them to still bring us the... wrong order. waited another 10 minutes for them to bring out our order and still had to wait another 5 for them to come back outbecause they forgot our drinks. will not be back. I have been to this place 5 times and literally every single time something has been messed up. Your staff is the worst. Just... ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle ? forgot the cheese. Not even surprised. You guys are the worst. Read more
Basically the only food place open for night shift at all the nearby factories and yet more often than not I place a mobile... order, only to get there and they've blocked off the drive thru so you can't get your food. Not to mention this location is moreexpensive than others in the area. Hire more staff or adjust your hours so you aren't wasting people's lunch time. Read more
Quick drive through experience and friendly girl at the speaker. Fries were lukewarm. We ordered a McChicken with ketchup and... pickles?we received a hamburger with pickles instead, which worked out in my favor because my cheeseburger had half a pickle onit. The sandwich was replaced and the kind manager gave us two stamp card things so that when we buy 9 more sandwiches we getone free.??????????? It is what it is. Ok, IMPRESSED!!! Stopped in here for a quick lunch and ordered the 10 piece Chicken McNugget meal with a half and half sweet... tea. Order was correct and the food was fresh. One thing that impressed me, was the mcnuggets. Lined up nice and neat! In the 40+ years I have eaten at McDonalds, NEVER have I received the nuggets in this way! To me, that says "Attention to Detail"!! IWILL be returning to this locstion, over the others here in town!! Read more
Great service! My orders never been wrong and the restaurant is always clean. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I always... order a burger dressed like a big Mac and the order taker knew exactly how to modify the order. Kudos to this McDonald's! Greatwork! Read more
