One of the worst experiences I've ever had. They were EXTREMELY understaffed and extraordinarily busy, so I'd normally try to be... understanding. But they changed my order without so much as asking as they were out of some of the items and then forgot some ofthe items. The icing on the cake though was sitting for 10 minutes while who I can only assume is the manager was yelling at the2 kids trying to help. It's no wonder this place is a train wreck with that kind of toxic environment they're working in. Iwon't ever be back. Read more

this dunkin is only 3 mins from me but i?d rather drive the extra miles to go to a better one. order is always wrong and... something is always missing. employees decide when they want to come and go, which means they are always closing early or closethe kitchen. went there around 5 one time and was told the kitchen was closed? definitely need to hire people who actually knowwhat they are doing cause these ones obviously dont care. i don?t write reviews but this dunkin definitely needs to be put inthere place. Just left this location. Sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes only to get up to the speaker and the guy working tell me oh... we can?t make food we are under staffed. It?s time to hire people Dunkin. Never have a good experience at this location. Read more

This the worst Dunkin, I have ever went to. Two weeks before today I ordered 2 Sweet Black Pepper Bacon with extra bacon, 2... french crullers and 2 large coffee and was charged $24.00. I go home only to find out I only got 4 tiny pieces of bacon on eachsandwich. I was so angry I called the store twice and no one answered. So today I go there for the same thing and I thought Iwould mention it to the manager about my past purchase. They tell me we are out of eggs. So they said they would give metriple Sweet Black Pepper Bacon croissant sandwiches. I look in my bag and I didnt get the sandwiches. When I asked theemployee, she said I didn't confirm and had a hissy fit about it and she was talking to the other workers about me as if I waswrong for her mistake. The manager knows exactly who I am. Read more

i?ve never left a dunkin a bad review but this location is horrible, almost every single time I have this place a chance a bagel... has been completely stale and gross. I can?t recommend this place cause it almost always a miss here unfortunately because it?sso close to my house. I was so excited when they opened. How we they are not insuring the quality of their food at all. Read more

Door is almost always closed when all are currently open. Staff has messed up multiple orders. They seem like they have no... experienced manager. Hours on their sign and online are either wrong or they lie when they say that they are closed at 6 or 7.Depends on the day. Some days they close at 6 and others at 7. It's like the luck of the draw. I was looking forward to them opening, because they are so close. I have been there about 4 times in the year or so they have... been open, and have a problem in 3 of the visits! Every Dunkin sell a dozen bagels for 9.99, maybe a dollar more sometimes...This place wants $20, for a dozen plain bagels... The employees are rude, and show they couldn't care less about the service orthe customer. I look forward to them going out of business, and I hope new management comes in to take over... Read more
