We thought it was interesting that the cook uses Goya Sazon Culantro y Achiote (Coriander and Annatto) seasoning to dye the rice... orange and uses it in almost everything else. I love that they serve the Veggie Fajitas in a carved out pineapple. The boothsare definitely not sound proof, even though they're separated by wood--you'll hear everyone's conversations behind you, but youwon't see them at least. Read more

Wow! We decided to try Brodys even though the name sounds like it might be a surf shack on the beach rather than a Mexican... restaurant in Cedar City. I'd say it is by far the best Mexican food I'd ever had and my wife who is of Mexican decent said thesame thing. We've been talking about it all the way home. She had the fajitas, I had the American burrito and we shared thechurro. The entrees were unbelievable, so good. The churro which we have only had one place in Redondo Beach that we've everhad churros from that were near perfect was not only matched but surpassed that churro place I've been going to since I was ateenager. Service was spot on by More (her name) decor was fantastic....bravo to Brodys staff and family....I've already told afriend in Vegas over the phone he needs to go to get the best Mexican food he will ever get! I enjoyed the mocajete...it was tremendous! I liked the salsa even though it trended more to what seemed like an oregano flavor.... The temp of the salsa was perfect for me. This was a great first impression and we will be back! Read more

Wonderful food. I initially found this place through my work catering "street tacos" for an event. I've been looking for a good... taco place and this is it. My wife ordered the Al Pastor fries and loved them. She's not easy to please when it comes to food. Igot the tacos again of course. But we will definitely be back again soon to try the Molcajate and the Pineapple fajitas. Theowners are wonderful and actually came out to chat with us about their humble beginnings as a food truck and how far they'vecome. It meant a lot to us that they took that kind of time just to share their passion and lively hood with my wife and I! Read more

Quite possibly the best Mexican restaurant me and my husband have ever been to! We love street tacos and have eaten a lot of... them all over. These tacos are among the top of the list! Everything was so yummy from the chips and salsa, horchata, tacos, andeven the beans and rice were great! Highly, highly recommend! I will also add that the restaurant seemed very clean! Read more
