Went thru the drive-thru to get dinner after a long, lunch-less 12-hr work day. Ordered a chicken sandwich but found out after... getting to the window that they're out of chicken. Tried to order a bacon burger, but they're out of bacon. Ordered a regularburger combo with a Fanta. Burger was good, but the Fanta tasted like soda water. The syrup was way past time from beingreplaced. I was too hungry and tired to bother going back to complain or get something else. Spent almost $12 for that combo(thanks inflation). The employee helping me was awesome and probably had a long day too, but I was pretty disappointed to getsomething I didn't really want and a cup of soda water. Good food, and clean dining area. Staff is friendly. Can get busy during lunch rush, but not bad. There kings Hawaiian... burger and chicken sandwich were really good. Read more
Didn't have enough chicken for a five piece chicken tender nor did they say how long it would be if we decided to wait. Got the... three piece instead and the tenders were only slightly larger than nuggets. Was not given any sauce nor ketchup for the fries.The gal at the counter was more put out that we came there to eat than welcoming to us. Next time we will do Subway or even theconvenience store hot dogs instead of CJ as they are only steps away. Beware! Read more
Placed a on-line order using Carl?s Jr. app. Drove up to speaker told the female voice on the speaker my name for online order... got to window and received my drinks after being asked if I needed a cup carrier (x2) got one and then my bagged order, got homeand everything was great. Except was difficult to get label covering straw hole was frustrating to remove....job well done toCedar City Carl?s Jr. crew. Keep it working hard and keep the smiles on your faces. Don't bother going to this Carl's Jr. They cut their portions and raised their prices to the point of basically stealing. I... ordered a medium Santa Fe Chicken sandwich combo and a Crispy Chicken sandwich. What I got were 2 sandwichs would makeMcDonald's look good and and just enough fries to make a laughing stock of every employee there. Would rate 0 stars if Icould. Don't bother trying to bribe me with a refund, this post isn't changed any time soon. Read more
Update- the GM called me and was very nice. She is A1 called me immediately after I placed my complaint and apologized for her... employee. Her voice and tone was so calming I wasn?t even mad anymore. I had to come back to edit my post. The morning GM isamazing and she is sincerely a gem at that store! Give 2 days PTO she deserves it. The worst experience. More so the customerservice I experienced. The cashier was rude beyond rude she needs to be sat down and spoke to about her bias against blackpeople and how to treat a customer that is of different race of her. Because I was embarrassed I was disgusted and more so Iwanted a refund of my food. The lady with the red wig is unprofessional, no details need to be given but if the management iswatching they can see how she threw my food in the bag and threw my dressing literally threw it, you would be appalledyourself. This is a choice no one forced you to work here. If you can?t give customer service to everyone that spends money thenplease quit and go elsewhere. Read more
I've been eating at Carl's for 40 years, from Superstars in California to a Frisco thick burger at Hardee's in Florida it's... usually consistent. Well this location needs to try a little harder. It's located in a truck stop so they are inordinately busysome days. However that doesn't excuse the poor customer service I receive every time I'm there. The management needs to stepup. Read more
