Although the exterior is small and unassuming, don?t let appearances fool you. Have never had a bad experience in this cozy... restaurant. It is clean and staff is friendly and attentive. I got the Beef chimichanga plate and wife ordered the spinachenchilada. We were both satisfied with the portions and more than happy with the taste and presentation. The price wasreasonable and there are specials to satisfy any budget. I would definitely recommend Don Miguel?s to anyone. Read more

It?s hard to find real good Mexican food, but when we found Don Miguel?s, Holy cow! The staff is amazing and so kind. The food... is delicious and worth the drive from St George. Usually I have trouble with Mexican cuisine, because I can't eat onions. At Don Miguel on our first visit, our server helped me... find a dish with no onions in the preparation, and the dinner-sized quesadilla was delicious. But the real surprise was theexquisite flavor of the refried beans on the side. Today, on our return visit, I had the same dish, and when the owner's sonJohn came from the kitchen to chat with us, I asked what the secret was. "Time," he told us. "You have to give the beans time."My spouse was quite happy with the Pork Chile Verde on our previous visit, and tried the house special Chile Colorado today.
