It was a great experience. Friendly staff that was available but not intrusive. Had a complicated order but nailed every part... of it threw a curve ball twice and added additional items got those quick also! Notice the to go service was quick while weenjoyed our meal. And was super happy to see Gluten Friendly on the menu. The waitress Kiya told me they clean the gridles welland I was happy with the best pancake I've had since being diagnosed Celiac. We will return and enjoy the great service again. Read more
All of these 1 star reviews are true. So sad because I love IHOP but this location does not do it justice. Not on brand at all.... Terrible service, waitresses and hosts are rude, and wait times are horrendous. I wish someone would come in and do some seriousrehab! Needs new management. ASAP. Read more
waitress would not give me a chance to order. 7:22 am I am the only person in the restaurant. definitely no training. also,... had to go to kitchen to get seated. Chatty Kathy the entire visit. does not deserve a tip. R D Read more
The Gluten-free waffles were good and the bacon was crisp like we ask....but we felt like the whole thing was kind of bland and... didn't have the other syrup flavors we used to come for. It's ok, our daughter was happy. Read more
Ihop is a classic in Cedar City. While it does take more time then fast food I haven?t been disappointed since moving here in... 2008. I like the French toast combo with crispy potatoes, or Buttermilk crispy chicken with honey mustard. And the iced coffeewith French vanilla creamer is really good!!! Read more
