First, I understand that restaurants may be impacted by shortages. But, here's an honest rating. It's hard to enjoy food and the... experience when most tables are dirty, there are very few ketchup packets and not ketchup cups, there were 5 napkins when I wentto get some for our family - so we only got 2 to share the love, and I wait at our table for food because they assigned us atable number, but they don't bring it (luckily someone else gave us a heads up to go listen for our food at the front). It wasjust misleading and I waited a bit out in the play area - I would've been happy to wait at the counter if I had known. Gave me a pink patty. I took one bite of my burger and that was it. I would give them 2 stars instead of 1 because the order... was at least correct and I understand maybe I'm the unlucky one to get a burger undercooked once in a great while, but most ofthe tables hadn't been cleaned, most of the soda was out in the machines, and no employees were out cleaning the whole time Iwas there. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. I got two hamburger Pattie?s nothing else. Kids meals burgers were subpar as... well. The ice and drinks didn?t work either. They get a star because it was fast, wrong but fast. Read more
I ordered a breakfast combo that came in just under $6.50. It was a sad looking meal - with the top bread looking as if someone... had taken a bite or two out of it. Additionally, the small coffee was warm at best. And it wasn't as if the place was hoping -only four other people were in the restaurant when I walked in. Overall the experience was a letdown. These people are beyond incompetent. Curbside order of 3 items took 20 full minutes. Iced coffee looked and tasted like water,... which I told them? but no one cared. They also forgot condiments. This store is run like a mess and completely inefficient.Employees roaming aimlessly around. The girl at the counter just stands there doing nothing when she should be helping everyoneelse out in her downtime. There were legit 15 customers waiting for their food and she?s just sitting there twiddling herthumbs. Take initiative. A place like this off a busy highway can?t run smoothly when you have clueless workers. Read more

Went in to order breakfast for my husband and I and the staff practically ignored all of the guest in the lobby, one woman was... in the front taking drive through orders so everyone was using the computer things, so we got on one, it wanted a table stand #but they were all at the register, and either option we tried to choose it asked for a table top # so I entered 1 and it stillsaid I had to pay with the cashier who was taking more drive through orders than people in the lobby, she acted like nothingmattered when I explained that the machine wouldn't let me pay there, and took my money and practically blew me off for thecustomer behind me, none of the tables were clean, there were table numbers on tables and the place was the dirtiest place Ihave ever visited it was disgusting seeing food and trash all around the whole place. We didn't dare even sit and eat our food,we got to my mom's and I decided to heat up my coffee and found a dead fly in my coffee, no wonder the drive through was so longnobody wanted to walk inside. The food was good but the inside was very dirty! See photos. Even the soda machine was mostly out of soda options.
