I arrived at 8:15pm Friday night, for a dine-in. The staff member gave me a menu, explained a few things. The place was empty... except for 1 table occupied by three gentlemen who were not eating. Within a few minutes, the same staff member came to my tableand announced that ?they? said I couldn?t stay. That dine-in was no longer available and I would have to take-out. Pizza was over an hour late and delivered to 3 different addresses. Not using their own drivers they had an Uber driver bring us... out our dinner cold AF! Called the manager, manager said she would make a new one and send it out with their own drivers butstill a no show after an additional 45 minutes. This place used to be good, not anymore Read more
Usually they are pretty good. I'd say the best made chain pizzas in Cedar City. I'm comparing to dominos, papa johns, little... ceasar, and pizza factory, and papa murphys. they do make mistakes, but they always make it right, unlike some of the others,who just make excuses (dominos, recently) Read more
So the lady who greeted me was a little rude and seemed like she wanted me to go somewhere else. Fortunately she disappeared... into the bathroom for the next 20 minutes. However, the two young guys who cooked the pizza and sent me on my way were awesome.They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Super friendly. Pizza was good. Read more
I hate to be mean but this is the 2nd time in a row that order was just bad. Said 35 -40 minutes but took an hour and a half,... was burnt and cold. $70 down the drain :) Last time just not cooked and raw dough and took forever. We try and have grace asthings are tough for folks but say an hoir and a half instead and take an extra minute to cook things right. Not like grub ischeap anymore. Sorry! Read more
I stopped ordering from these guys awhile ago. I saw the commercial for the edge pizza and thought I would try them again.... Delivery was on time and pizza tasted good. My total was just under $24 and I handed the driver $30 no change was offered. Andthe presentation was horrible. If it's not 1 thing with these guys it's another. I used to absolutely love pizza hut. Worked forthem in Vegas for 3 years including running the entire store. Placed curbside pickup! Said ready in 30mins, when it said to head to the store I did. Got there and they said I had to wait... another 45min. I placed an ONLINE ORDER so I wouldn?t have to wait at the store. Won?t be purchasing from this Pizza Hut anymorevery disappointed. Read more
